Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to you as a student at Capoeiraskolen Senzala. Members of Capoeiraskolen Senzala are bound by the applicable terms and rules stated in these conditions at any time.

GENERAL

As a member, you understand that training takes place at your own risk, and that Capoeiraskolen Senzala cannot be held responsible for any injuries.

Upon enrollment, you consent to Capoeiraskolen Senzala storing and processing your personal data for as long as you are enrolled.

You also consent to photographs and videos being taken before, during and after classes, as well as in connection with participation in events. Such photography and recordings may be used for marketing purposes in print and/or on our online platforms, including website and social media accounts.

As a member of Capoeiraskolen Senzala, you will receive ongoing newsletters, important information about your membership, and receipts for purchases made to the email address provided during registration and creation of your membership.

You are therefore obligated to ensure that your information is always updated, correct and accurate, and to ensure your payment method is active and updated.

PAYMENT

Enrollment takes place via our website. Upon enrollment, a registration fee of DKK 100 is paid, as well as membership fees for the remainder of the current month.

Cancellation of a student from a class can be done until the 20th of the month.

It is a requirement for membership that you sign up for automatic payment via MobilePay. In connection with your registration, you authorize us to charge your membership fee at the beginning of each month until you cancel your membership.

There is no right of withdrawal or possibility of refund of amounts already paid.

All prices are in Danish kroner and include any applicable VAT. Changes in prices will be notified by email at least one month in advance.
