Accessible to all ages and physical abilities, the classes train the aesthetics of dance, the power of combat, the beauty of song and music, and the life-affirming playfulness of street acrobatics.

The body becomes stronger, more flexible, motor skills and musicality are strengthened.

Love for Brazilian culture, mutual respect, the value of our differences and lots of sweat and smiles are the cornerstones of the classes.

It is possible to get a free trial lesson, just call 20 48 40 49 or write to steen@senzala.dk to make an appointment.

If you want to train regularly after the trial lesson, you sign up and pay the membership fee for the rest of the current membership period, plus a registration fee of DKK 100.

The lessons cost DKK 400 per month, which is paid via MobilePay or cash at the classes at the beginning of each month.

The lessons are led by Mestre Steen.
