Capoeira for parent & child

The child will try their first leisure activity, supported by mum or dad. The trust in the teacher and the first steps towards independence are therefore a playful journey through capoeira's magical universe of stories and movement, carried along by song and music, strengthening their creativity, motor skills, power and desire to explore more.

The joy of parent-child interaction is at the centre, so everyone is active - and sweat and smiles are guaranteed.

Practical information

It is possible to get a free trial lesson, just call 20 48 40 49 or write to steen@senzala.dk to make an appointment.

If you want to train regularly after the trial lesson, you sign up and pay a registration fee of DKK 100 plus membership fees for the rest of the current month.

The lessons cost DKK 610 per month, which is paid via MobilePay or cash at the teams at the beginning of each month.

The lessons are conducted by Mestre Steen.
